At Appletree Medical, Wellness and Aesthetics Center we make every effort to take care of our Patients and Client's needs. Each of our Divisions will accommodate your need:
Medical Division 7am to 3pm
Wellness Division 7am to 5pm
Aesthetic Division 7am to 5pm and by Appointment at your convenience

Although some problems can be assessed by phone, most require an office visit because we believe that practicing medicine over the phone or the internet is not in your best interest.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
Here at Appletree, we love our patients and want to see you at each and every scheduled appointment. In the event that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment with our office, please contact us as soon as you are aware at 727-581-3171 so that we can find another time to see you.
Effective March 1, 2009 our office is now collecting a $25 fee for any appointment that was missed without a 24 hour notice.
